     wnmgen -- generate matrix with special values

SYNOPSIS
     #include "wnmat.h"

     wn_zero_mat(double **mat,int len_i,int len_j)

     wn_identity_matrix(double **mat,int len)

     wn_hilbert_matrix(double **mat,int len)

DESCRIPTION
     Routines to generate a matrix with special values.  These routines assume
     memory for the matrix is already allocated.
